3. Mental Health Task Force: Crisis services could have positive impact for persons in our care.
4. County issues: department budgets going in 6/04; 0% growth and 5-10% cuts; suppose to project 3 kind of budgets; lots of calls for Paratransit cuts for 3 days 2004
