Status Marion Franciscan Relocation

15 individuals with 6 weeks left; only 2 individuals who are concerns for ability to relocate; 3 from Northern Center by De/Jan

Community & $ not quite there and this new initiative ICFMR’s to downsize (distance, lack of ability to get to know each indiv. poss. challenges)

ICFMR rebalancing Act) - $ to support people in ICFMR is only amount available to support indiv. In community – posing problems for ability to meet needs of indiv. For these costs.

System perspective: are we ready for this change, personnel support, emotional change and stability.

2006 – or rates to go up? Unsure. Will revisit at later date; Health and Family Services reorganizing capacity team to leave southern WI center and may affect functioning due to teams ability to relocate – changes planned but not yet final.
